The Fringe Facts Online service includes either Monitor or Monitor Plus. These services are similar
with the following exception: "Monitor" provides generic information about each of the benefits the
employer provides while "Monitor Plus" is personalized for each employee. Thus, employees
using the Monitor Plus service only see information about the benefits that apply to them.
