Fringe Facts Online is a powerful and cost-effective suite of web-based services that:

  • Offers total employee enrollment, benefit communications, online surveys, calculators, newsletters, employee directories, HR and benefit forms, billing confirmations, and data feeds to HR, payroll, and your benefit providers, in one easy-to-use, cost-effective package

  • Allows employees to enroll in their benefits, view their total compensation statements, change personal data, find benefits information, download HR forms, and more from home, work, or anywhere they have access to the Internet -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Includes an in-house HR Service Desk that allows your HR or Benefits and Compensation Department to support employees that do not have access to the Internet or assist those needing help

  • The Fringe Facts Online service includes either Monitor or Monitor Plus. These services are similar with the following exception: "Monitor" provides generic information about each of the benefits the employer provides while "Monitor Plus" is personalized for each employee. Thus, employees using the Monitor Plus service only see information about the benefits that apply to them.

    Personal Information Update - Employees may update their personal information such as address, telephone, e-mail and emergency contacts. HR is notified immediately and the employee also receives a confirmation by e-mail. HR and payroll systems can be automatically updated.

    Online Resources - Information on health, retirement and other benefits can help employees make the right decisions about these important matters. They may review their employee handbooks, policy manuals, vacation and holiday schedules, and more. Your organization will lower your costs of printing, storing and shipping these documents.

    Online Forms - Store all of your HR and other forms online. New hire forms, vacation request forms, etc. Save employees time (and yours too) with online forms. Eliminate the cost of printing, storing, and shipping forms.
