Viewing The Demo: After logging on to the demo you will be taken to a Welcome page. You'll start by viewing the "Welcome" page. This is where each employee sees a personalized greeting from the employer. Information about changes in benefits or other topics the employer wants to communicate can be included on this page. Work your way through the rest of the site by clicking on the links main navigation "buttons" of the system. Personalized Benefit Statements: If you are in one of the first 6 demo sites, you'll be able to view the Total Rewards benefit statement. This is an example of the optional personalized Total Compensation Statements that show employees all of the benefits the company provides and how much those benefits are worth. Click on the names of the benefits in the Summary of Benefits table (see picture at right) or just scroll up and down as you review the entire statement. Update Personal Information: Go to the "Update Info" page and change the employee's e-mail address to your own e-mail address so that you are able to receive the confirmation notices that the system sends when certain changes are made. When you terminate the demo, your e-mail address will be deleted.
